We’re looking for a small number of contractors who already do good work, and homeowners who are about to sign for something that matters. In exchange for going first, you pay nothing and you tell us where the flow is wrong.

We need contractors more than homeowners right now, so this form gets read carefully and answered by a person.

Nothing here is a credit check and none of it is verified at this stage — licence and insurance verification happens inside the app when you set up an account. We’re only working out whether the pilot fits what you actually build.

What we’ll ask later, so there are no surprises: licence and insurance details we verify against the issuing board, business registration, beneficial-ownership information required by our money rail, and a payout account that locks at verification.

Homeowners

Tell us what you’re planning

A protected project needs both sides, so whether we can help depends partly on your contractor. Tell us the state and the project and we’ll be straight with you about whether we can cover it during the pilot.

If we can’t, we’ll say so rather than sitting on your email for a year. And using ProjectComplete costs a homeowner nothing — there is no version of this where you get a bill.

We deliberately don’t ask for: your address, your bank, your income, or your contractor’s name. None of that is any of our business at this stage.

We show you the app on a real schedule, including the parts that aren’t finished.

Your first project

No fee, and we stay close to it. If something breaks, it breaks with us watching.

Before you fund anything, read the custody section. It says where the money actually sits during the pilot and what we don’t yet have an answer for. If that changes your mind, we’d much rather it changed your mind now.
